Quality is a chain.
So is trust.

From grower intake to customer delivery, every step is recorded, controlled, and accountable.

Traceability

From grower to customer.

Traceability is the backbone of our operation. We keep transparent records at each stage, intake, cracking, sizing, storage, and dispatch, so growers and buyers can trust where product comes from and how it was handled.

  • Documented grower intake
  • Step-by-step processing records
  • Lot identification through storage
  • Transparent dispatch documentation
Quality control mindset

Discipline, not shortcuts.

Quality is a habit applied consistently, shift after shift. We bring Balsu’s calibration and grading discipline to Chilean origin, and we process neutrally and independently, serving the specification, not cutting corners.

  • Specification-led grading
  • Neutral, independent processing
  • Consistent calibration standards
  • Transparent record-keeping
Certifications

Where we stand, stated plainly.

We believe certifications should be communicated honestly. Below is exactly where we are.

Working towards

BRC · IFS · ISO 9001

We are working towards these internationally recognised food-safety and quality standards, with the application process planned to begin around November. We will report progress as we advance, rather than promise dates.

Regional approval

SAG

We hold the regional approval required to operate, issued by Chile’s agricultural and livestock authority (SAG).

On request

Customer-driven certifications

Organic and special-regime certifications, such as BIO-EU, NOP/USDA Organic, JAS, BIO-SUISSE, Rainforest Alliance, and Fair Trade, can be pursued depending on customer requirements.

Note: we do not describe ourselves as “certified” for standards not yet obtained. Status is shown as “working towards”, “regional approval”, or “on request”.
