Trazabilidad is the backbone of our operation. We keep transparent records at each stage, intake, cracking, sizing, storage, and dispatch, so growers and buyers can trust where product comes from and how it was handled.
Quality is a habit applied consistently, shift after shift. We bring Balsu’s calibration and grading discipline to Chilean origin, and we process neutrally and independently, serving the specification, not cutting corners.
We believe certifications should be communicated honestly. Below is exactly where we are.

We hold the regional approval required to operate, issued by Chile’s agricultural and livestock authority (SAG).
Organic and special-regime certifications, such as BIO-EU, NOP/USDA Organic, JAS, BIO-SUISSE, Rainforest Alliance, and Fair Trade, can be pursued depending on customer requirements.
Note: we do not describe ourselves as “certified” for standards not yet obtained. Status is shown as “working towards”, “regional approval”, or “on request”.
